Several times a year, WordPress updates its main core files. These upgrades are usually tied to various security vulnerabilities and should be done in a very timely manner after release. We'll make sure your website is always running the latest version of the WordPress core.

Plugin Updates

We'll update and verify any plugins that have newer versions.

Spam Cleanup

Each month we'll make sure your spam comments are cleaned out. Any comments that we think are not spam will be sent to you for authorization or deletion.

The Care service does not cover content edits and fixing broken pages/links/posts/menus. It is purely a service to keep your plugins up to date and provide a means for backing up your site. If your site is already or becomes 'broken' for a reason outside of the services provided, you will be required to purchase a web maintenance package from our services page to fix it, hire someone else, or you can have us restore your site to a previous backup at no charge.
